About WorthIt

WorthIt is a free, independent tool that helps anyone in Singapore check HDB resale prices and private property (condo) transaction prices using official public records. Search any HDB town, postal code, or condo project to instantly see median prices, price-per-square-foot benchmarks, multi-year trends, and a colour-coded Deal Score that shows whether a sale looks good value or premium-priced.

Why WorthIt exists

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most Singaporeans make, yet the raw transaction data — although public — is scattered and hard to interpret. WorthIt brings HDB and URA records together in one place and turns them into clear, comparable numbers, so you can judge a price for yourself instead of relying on a listing's asking figure.

Independent and free

WorthIt is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Housing & Development Board (HDB), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), or any Singapore government agency, property developer, or real-estate agency. It is free to use, carries no listings, and does not sell leads. All figures are derived from official transaction data — see our data sources page for full provenance.

How the numbers are produced

Every statistic on WorthIt is computed directly from recorded resale transactions — no estimates, models, or opinions are mixed in. For a full explanation of how Deal Scores, price trends, and percentiles are calculated, read the methodology page.
